Fruit Tier List Template: Rank Your Favorites
A fruit tier list is a personal comparison of fruit under one stated condition, such as taste, texture or snack convenience. This template supplies 12 photo-style fruit items and five editable, empty tiers. It does not claim that one fruit is better than another.
Included items
Twelve common fruits are represented by photo-style illustrations and editable names. The images do not standardize variety, size, ripeness or preparation. Add a missing fruit, rename a variety or remove anything you do not eat.
- Apple
- Banana
- Mango
- Strawberry
- Grape
- Orange
- Watermelon
- Pineapple
- Peach
- Pear
- Kiwi
- Blueberry
How to make a fruit ranking
Import the template to reuse its 12 photo-style illustrations, editable names, five tiers and appearance settings. Every fruit stays in Unranked until you place it, so the template never supplies a preference order.
Name the question before moving anything: favorite fresh snack, favorite texture, or easiest to pack. Rename S–D if words such as Always choose, Often choose and Rarely choose fit your audience better. There is no required number of items in a tier, and ties do not need a forced winner.
Use the note area to explain a close choice. Perhaps you enjoy pineapple but find it less convenient to prepare; that belongs in the reasoning rather than an invented numerical score. Keep varieties and ripeness in mind, and leave a fruit unranked if you have not tried it in the form being compared.
Make the item set fit your occasion
For a lunchbox list, use fruit you can realistically buy and pack. For a tasting with friends, agree on preparation and compare the same batch. These are different uses of the same template, so save a separate title or version instead of quietly changing the meaning halfway through a discussion.
Double-check names that cover many varieties. Apple can become a specific variety, grape can become seedless grapes, and any unfamiliar fruit can be removed. Use names that your audience understands and keep the same level of detail throughout the list so a broad category is not compared with an unusually specific exception.
A preference list answers what you enjoy under the stated conditions. If you want to compare published nutrient data instead, open the source-based produce example from the template library. It uses a different criterion and retains its study notice; changing between those tasks should be an explicit choice, not a silent relabeling.
Keep editing, then save the version you mean
Import template opens the homepage workbench with editable data rather than a flattened image. You can rename items, replace or add images, change tiers and adjust the background before placing anything. A non-empty current board is saved as a version before import; if that save fails, the current board stays in place.
After personalizing, save a local reusable template when you want the same data for another round. Save a version when you want to preserve this particular order. The two controls support different jobs: repeating an exercise and keeping a result. Both remain in this browser rather than creating a public account or cloud document.
Share page copies the public template’s stable address. Export image downloads the neutral public template preview as PNG. Neither action includes private browser edits; export your changed ranking from the workbench. A PNG is a portable visual result, not an editable library backup.
About the data and example
TierCanvas assembled the starter item pools and original decorative artwork. The lists contain no survey results, research measurements, endorsements or supplied ranking order.
The 12 fruit images are original AI-generated, photo-style illustrations prepared for TierCanvas. They identify broad fruit categories, not a specific variety, size, ripeness, nutrition value or real-world quality. For a separate source-backed comparison, use the nutrient-density example in the library and read its study scope.
